YOU CAN MAKE A CHANGE
IN THE LIFE
OF OUR YOUTH TODAY
The mission of iYES is to enhance cultural exchange between youth in the United States, The Bahamas, and other Caribbean nations in order to develop communities through recreation and sports and prepare youth to pursue post-secondary education.
WHY WE DO IT
Social capital is the networks of relationships among people who live in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively. The social capital obtained by teaching youth the value of team work, discipline, respect, reciprocity, and leadership through education, recreation, and sports is insurmountable and is a key component to transforming the youth into contributing members of society.
Summer Project 2017
iYES will be teaming up with several partners from Northwest Arkansas and The Bahamas to assist with the re-pavement of the Central Andros High School basketball/volleyball court. If you would like to donate towards this project or just find out how you can be a part, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
