As a child, I can remember walking door to door throughout my neighborhood in The Bahamas asking neighbors to sponsor the cost for a field trip or cost of a sport's uniform. I wouldn't be where I am today without their generosity. While times have changed, needs are still the same, and it is still up to the community to support our youth.
